I have a similar problem, i made a DGB transaction like 22 Hours ago and its not posted on the network and it keeps changing between processing and pending and no reply to the Tickets, this is a complete disrespect to their clients and ignorance to the Crypto Market where its originally aiming to get rid of this bureaucracy which is not moving anything except backwards.
they had to inform customers that they have a problem with DGB withdrawal instead of just increasing the liquidity of their platform on our behalf.
this platform making 0.35% from every single trade and they are making hell of money, cant they hire enough team to support their clients and solve their issues which is taking ages.
I will make a new post that includes a full review from customer side and evaluation to all platforms & exchanges looking forward to be made based on clients rating, hopping that people will not be miss-leaded by advertisements and volumes only.
