Eat low calories like you can eat food but just don't eat too much. Eat half of what you usually eat also Rice & Bread is not good to eat everyday it has too much carbs just eat any meat you want with salad eat half only. Try this routine and of course running and exercising in the morning is a bonus for a faster appearance of being thin
