In short all coins which are old enough most likely will be listed. Just think about this: If you can buy and sell DGB with fiat we will see massive price increase and volume increase.. DGB would only benefit from this.
DGB is faster and have no downside like most of the cryptos outh there. Many people will start settle bills using fast and reliable crypto like DGB. I know already people who uses coins like ripple to move funds faster and cheaper.. What if we swap ripple for DGB?
Just think what will happen when Upcoin will allow to do so directly from their exchange?

Which yes, uphold should have digibyte as a currency. They have 30 other fiat/crypto assets there, why not digibyte?
Not sure. but dgb is old crypto with big community which is established. Not some kind of erc20 token

Having it on UpHold too would be a great start as I think it's one of the easiest exchanges to use.
