Bomber, look. I don't think you're exit scamming and whatever other people are saying. You got overwhelmed by how fast XRB (NANO) blew up in general.

You are hurting the other people involved who are NOT trading nano. I for example trade BTC for other coins you have there like DOGE and now I'm stuck and I cannot withdraw my hard earned BTC.

I always used your exchange and didn't have issues with it, but please figure out a way to enable BTC (and ETH and other NON-NANO coin) withdrawals in the next day or two.

I'm going to get a heart attack if this doesn't happen, there's hundreds if not thousands of people like me stuck in this situation.

Please think about it, I don't think you're a bad person and the terrible things people say about you are uncalled. I just don't want to be punished because of what happend with NANO which I don't even hold any on your exchange. I just have BTC and I want to move it to my hardware wallet and use it.

Please think about it and as a human to human, you have to understand what we are going through. This isn't easy. We must be nice to one another and try to figure this out.

I really can't go on anymore because this btc WD freeze on Bitgrail has me in a terrified state and I can't sleep, eat or drink. The whole site is being forwarded to news.

Please let us withdraw BTC today for verified (which I am) users. This will make things easier in the long run because if all the other issues are resolved, the NANO issue will be the only thing that will be lingering in the air.
