I am afraid that is not true..  One of the reason why bitcoin decreases its value because there are people who always talk negative about cryptocurrency because it can really affect business of other business man who are not in favor of cryptocurrency.  But then again, decreasing the value of bitcoin and other altcoin is just part of the process,  along the way Bitcoin and other Altcoins will increase.
