Good news but very small in front of the whole world. We need at least more than five major countries spreading the news like this so that we can see some good days of bitcoin. Its good that they have started the initiative for internal purpose or with some another principles but it's not enough because positive news spreads very slowly while on the other hand if there would have been negative news like they are going to ban it then it could have been spreader like crazy. This is the reason why I'm saying it's good news but we need more than one country to spread such good news. So that it will affect the whole community in broad way.
