TomoCoin is one such ICO that I found very interesting, it is an infrastructure project looking to solve Ethereum scalability issue and aims to provide faster transactions and will almost negligible fees. TomoCoin has a very strong team led by CEO Long Vuong, former project lead of NEM blockchain. The hardcap for TomoCoin is just $8.5M which is very small as compared to other blockchain projects in the market. The upside potential is huge and it will require $850M marketcap for TomoCoin to become a 100x ICO.
