Singapore will probably be Asia's crypto financial hub. They also have very harsh laws against scammers/fraud too within the Country.

A few quality crypto projects are already developed or being develop in Singapore.

Good to look out for crypto projects that are heavily business focused, and trying to establish links with other countries in the region, and with China/India, etc. coming from that tiny but prominent South East Asian country. The crypto projects will probably be less focused on being a decentralized currency though, but to focus on conformity with the rules and regulations of the individual countries.
