All the coins come from staking and payouts, and there was an ICO 1st round was successful and 2nd round the dev disappeared.
That is not the complete truth.

As I know, there is no plannend 4th stage atm but the dev uwe work on the Roadmap 2018, he wrote in the telegram Group several (3) weeks ago.
