that looks more like someone trying to artificially boost the price to hopefully initiate a fake pump. organic growth is usually ideal.
They have no any trading over a week in the EtherDelta, it seem the fake trading want to boost the price in this time.
it was quite easy to ascertain from the volume and price structure that it was a coordinated act to create a fake pump
