I just tried to log in to my account and was told they were the incorrect credentials . . just testing it.
In face this is a good sign, it means coinsmarkets is resetting passwords and pins, what is alarming how bad coinsmarkets technical
personnel is ................ and the support................... and the communication.
Next step will be sending an email to all customers to reset password and pin. Hopefully next week.
Hold on . . would you give your login and password to coinsmarkets over email? How would you know it was them? You cannot contact them? They have no website working? No way I would provide my info to some random email.
I guess, if one does come, I would just wait until others gave their info, b
ecause they will and see how it worked out.
But that is super sketchy imo.
