I heard that I can exchange Bitcoin with someone near me such as my friends but how can I exchange Bitcoin with them? 
You only need your friend's bitcoin wallet address so that you can send bitcoin to him using your wallet's send function.
This is the way to go, and if he/she is paying you with an alt coin you just send your wallet address for that respective currency.
