Both my wife and I have emailed, posted on the forums, PM'd, tweeted multiple times........ and almost 2 weeks went by without even a response. That's more than a few minutes. But I get it, y'all are busy. And I solved our ZCL address issue by just downloading another wallet and using its address. Albeit, I would have liked to have known why our original addy kept saying it was in use already(?). The best I could figure is that we had originally mined as anonymous and then, after resetting, somehow our addy disappeared and we couldn't enter it again.
