Well we are still having to pay a huge fee for just a single transactions. We are still have to wait for a long time to make a transaction. We are still have to do a lot of stuff in the order to get the money from the crypto. I mean, when you are looking at something, you should look at it in both sides, don't just leave here a positive comments and say that it's good. 
It doesn't depend on the government, it only needs the user still use it and it will auto create a huge community.
Look at the current community of Bitcoin, not only Bitcoin community is larger than the past, Altcoin community also larger than the past.
