What a shame ... this is unexpected and unethical after raising money. I stand in a neutral position - if you do good, I am with you. If you try to pull something funny, I will stand against you.

Okay, I am in the same boat as you so I get why you are frustrated. But calling technical issues unethical is a little ridiculous. It very well was just bad timing. Things are sometimes rough in the beginning but they are actively working to fix the problems. Lets all have some patience before we jump to conclusions.
