I think we will be seeing some of the altcoins' all time high but on others, we might not. If you are waiting for btc all time high, it's better to not just do that. Instead , also consider to invest into altcoins with potential to reach it's ath in the near future. If all time high of cryptocurrencies would not be reached this year, I am sure we will see an all green day on alts and see most of the altcoins' all time high. thanks
