Is the admin panel is needed for any ICO? I saw many ICO sites but its have not any admin panel. can someone tell me about that? I am still in confusion.

in my opinion, we don't need any admin panel for ICO. just mention your eth address on site and tell to investors send BTC/etc to this address. and you will get tokens in myetherwallet.

and another question is that what needs are required in back-end development of any ICO site.
