I don't think there is such thing as late when it comes to this. Your success in this field will not be measured on how long you are involve here. Even if you are years ahead than others you will not be really successful when you are not smart enough to develop your state here. Even if you are only involved months or weeks ago, but you are wise and smart, you will be successful here. No one will never too late.
