Actually previous balances where in $, I requested $5 cash out, it just sent me 0.005 (that's only ~5 cents) and showed approved in my pending withdrawal requests. Then I got another ~$2 balance more but when I tried to cash out that too, I saw some strange 5BTC balance there, but not possible to cash out. So summarizing, I lost some $7 balances (a bit less, I suspect, maybe $6.80 or $6.9 total perhaps)
