Kepler very good project! I didn't vstechat project of this sort in cryptography yet! It is worth observing as the project develops!!
If you have time to read the details, you will be amazed more. like they have the land already, like they overachieved in their first sale, like they have private investors to back up the project. so yes you are right, kepler is a very good project.
