how can i clean my wallet which is many under 1 piece coins

hi guyz

in my wallet there is lots of coins which are under 1 coin. normally i have 0.25 btc total but i can use only 0.17 Other 0.08 is lots of different coins. how can i clean them or turn them to btc. as u know u cant sell low amount prices or pieces.
