I can't really think of many positive aspects of gambling. It is just great for leisure and passing of time. Also keeps your mind active as well. It may improve your maths, but that's about it.
It may improve your math but will never improve your earning opportunity because they are here to make money and they are operating with an edge.
We cannot beat them because of the house edge and I think the only benefits we can get is the entertainment it will give to us.
