I have not heard of the crypto exchange that you mentioned. I think that is not even on the top 5 of the world's crypto exchanges. For me, I would choose Bittrex, Poloniex, and Cryptopia as my first three top choices. But I am also using several others. I am using HitBTC, which is also receiving a lot of complaints and negative comments. I am also using Bitfinex as well as Etherdelta. There are new huge exchanges right now such as Binance, KuCoin, and several others. You may check their reviews.
