Not a bounty hunter, ico investor, just a bit pissed off the way they've treated a few people that invested a lot of money in the project on there telegram channel.
If you are as you claim, a serious ICO investor, then you would know how to provide constructive criticism to the project team. Nobody likes delays, but I have to come across yet a single project which was at some point in time not too ambitious and promised something for a certain time and were not able to deliver when expected. Should they refuse to pay at all, then I would agree with you, that would be a very serious matter. A delay however, is something that every ICO investor has to except and accept.
