Monero and Electroneum have too high difficulty at the moment.

Aeon is a pretty solid coin. But I've been mining Iridium with my Ryzen 4 and I've been getting good holdings so far because difficult is not high. It's a cryptonote coin too. There's still not an exchange available for the coin but there's an active team behind so it won't be matter of time for it to hit an exchange. Make sure you give it a try
