A good time to buy bitcoin and altcoin is when you have money, and already understand how to get profit in cryptocurrency. It's useless if you buy bitcoin at a cheap price but you do not have a strategy to get profit, it is a stupid way. Buy high, hodl and sell low I guess it is the wrong way, the right one is buy with cheap price then hodl and sell when the price is high.
