Users I think. There will be no cryptocurrencies if there are no users. So the thing is, investors raise fund for the company and that company make software that we now know as cryptos. An exchange of money is needed for the currency to retain its value. Once few use the crypto, the coins/tokens/etc. will become low and the company will start to breakdown. So there should be an interaction between the user and the investor so that the company will succeed.
