I would not trust this site. Nothing personal but the "thank you sir" is kinda creeepy and scares me to the point that you would close down if money became tight

Because just because they are "authorized" doesn't even mean they are from Bolivia and just have a sort of licensing agreement with their government to be saying they are operating out of this district/region.
