We all know that fast food is addictive even though we know that it may potentially harm our body. Most of us just don't care about its negative impact on our health, all we care about is eating what is delicious that's why there are many people who are obese and is struggling with their health conditions. There are two potential threats to a person eating fast food every single day, and that is Diabetes and Heart disease. In the US according to Mary Kekatos from Dailymail, half of all deaths due to heart disease and diabetes are caused by a poor diet, which consists of heavy intake of sodium and unprocessed meats.
Why do You think people still eat these foods everyday? What can You suggest them to do to quit this addiction to fast food? Are You one of those people who are always eating fast food?
I don't think there is a solution for this problem given that customers make the decisions on their own. What we see here is the rule of supply and demand. As long as there is a demand for it, fast food will always be around causing health risks to consumers. We are living in a fast lane and the need for fast food even becomes a necessity since most of us don't have time to cook at home. All of us know the health risks involved, in the end, each individual must be responsible for his/her own actions.
