I try this command : transfer "wallet" "value" "pay id"
10, 15 or even 50 coins.

Sometimes its work great, but in some cases i not even receive the coin in the exchange.
Anyone can say if the command its right? how many coins can i send?

I tried download again the wallet, re-sync blockchain, recover the wallet with seed...
