I know what you feel but that's how the cycle of projects, ICO and token distributions are happening. It's like a gamble and those who have earned airdrops, rewards/bounties are earning through their simply tasks. You can't ban airdrops easily as there's no international rule that's disallowing them to held their ICO's, minimizing them can be a good idea but how would you minimize them? Day by day there are even more than 30 ICO's that are coming out from nowhere.
