You can peel the blue protective film coating off the cooler to reveal the metal underneath. The blue film is there for protection during handling and shipping.  Smiley

Yes, some of the motherboards from the 3855u batch came with upgraded CPU's , we decided to sell them for the same price for this batch.  Smiley
