In this moment it's best exchange with BTCZ. Quick in/out and FIAT USD.  Good fee for BTC/LTC withdrawal.

Actually, withdrawals are currently not processed. Other are reporting issues as well. Created a support ticket 2 days ago - no response yet. Not looking good. :-(

I have had about 25 transactions in and out today and all were very fast. I have not had any USD transactions though, their fee for depositing is insane.
