Sapphire 560d 4gb is a garbage!!!!I didn't even try unlocking the CUs again. The memory reaches 2000s barely!
Have you ever managed to unlock 1024 on the sapp 560d? I had no such a luck 
Btw, my sapp 560d cards work at 2025MHz and give ~13.3-13.4Mh/s ETH
