why around 0.6 - 0.7 mBTC gap between total unpaid and balance while other pools are lower than this. this means either i have to keep this amount always with you or i have to stop just above min payout and wait for may a day to get my earnings.
surely all pools pay after confirmations but not this much gap.
We sell all coins manually and need a little more time to get best possible offers. That's why profitability is better then similar pools. You will simply have to wait until certain block is cleared. If you decide to pause miners you will still get everything you mined. And if it's below payout qualify you will get it on Sunday.
