8 days ago I sent 2,37 Eth from bitstamp to cryptopia ( transaction: https://etherscan.io/…/0xeafc7e517684ce163622f4e94452e59cb5…) and I can see the transaction in a section called "internal transactions" But later I discovered that cryptopia does not accept the direct contract conversions must be a manual approval and must establish a ticket technical support and wait 39 days because of the large number of technical support tickets, is there any other way?
