https://yobit.net. What do I need to do with my old coins? The exchange will replace them with new coins? Or how best to do? Or do you need to transfer your old coins to Cryptopia? Thanks for the answer.

Please DO NOT send any PACcoin to your Cryptopia wallet effective immediately. Any confirmed balance of PACcoin you have on Cryptopia will be swapped 1000:1 or 1000 current PACcoins for 1 new $PAC on the new blockchain.
