so here we are mid fork, and things are not entirely going to plan
block 593500 has occurred, but yet we are still to expect 3 or so more days of 1200% returns.

due to the interesting nature of this fork, it was designed with several steps

basically, there is a time based fork and a height based fork,
it is hard to predict accurately future block times and we expected block 593500 not to occur for maybe 5 or 6 more days, which is after the time based fork.

so... to cut a long story short, the time based fork sets the time where the height based fork can occur,

so after FORK_TIME = 1518825600; // Saturday, February 17, 2018 12:00:00 AM GMT //
the new PoS regime will begin,
