I would like to create a new ERC20 token. Where am I supposed to enter the code?

a) In Remix IDE on the Ethereum website.
b) In Remix in the Mist wallet.
c) in the Ethereum wallet.
d) Somewhere else.
   
I simply want to enter the code, compile it, see the tokens in a wallet, and be able to send the tokens to another address.

Is there an accepted method? Thanks.
