The best exchanges in my opinion are 1. Bittrex 2. Poloniex 3. Binance 4. Bitfinex5. KuCoin. I also trade on EtherDelta and Idex, their advantage is that they are decentralized and there you can buy new tokens at a low price, before they exit to other exchanges.
At the stock exchange EtnerDelta, what are the problems. I can not buy or sell tokens there.
