Basically this coin is under attack at the moment. Diff attack started 4 days ago. During this time only few blocks were mined. So your transactions still waiting for a confirmation. I hope that developers of Alloy currently trying to resolve this issue. Nowadays all coins should be resistant to Diff attacks.
