Disadvantages-- Everyone is trying to get on-board as it give them more crowd and they get noticed. Comments in the topic now becoming the topic of new thread.
Different day with same topic 'The merit system Blaaa!... Blaaa!.' Everyone is now more concerned with merit system. Criticizing other is now become the practice in the forum.
You list this as disadvantage and make the same mistake. I do not think you added anything new and we already have threads on the same topic. All this should be posted in official thread:
