Sounds somehow a little bit similar but PRL and ONION are completely different projects with different goals.
Oyster is an ERC20 token while DeepOnion is a coin with its own wallet and blockchain.
I think you should inform yourself about both projects and you'll see the difference.
By the way there are some scam accusations against DeepOnion and there are many shills (90% newbie accounts + first post) in here advertising the coin which gets more and more annoying.
Don't know what to think about it but I'll stay away. Oyster seems to be a promising project and I'm hodling some. But in general do your own research before buying anything and don't trust every suggestion in here.
