Support is almost non-existent for the poker room.
It seems very likely that all players will have their VIP level reset to zero for poker. (currently they are offering everyone a flat 50%, I expect it to change..unless the room dies first)
Betcoin support basically just ignores poker questions or tells players to go ask "BetcoinPoker Support" because "Betcoin" has nothing to do with "BetcoinPoker"
