Well arto have tail emission, expected 2.5% from 28m coins yearly. After the intial 28m coins all mined than the tail emission kick in.

so it will be ready for mining 10++ years, because 90% of coins will be distributed within that time, based on 20 emission rate and 90 sec diff target, imo Grin
