In my case, ETH deposit of mine recently reflected in about 18-20 hours and that is already an alarming issue to me.

While Im waiting, I send a support ticket and now replied to that ticket that my case was already resolved (they didn't respond).

What to do on your case?
-Send support ticket even as many others will told you that they slow in terms of response
-Wait Wait Wait and wait

They are the only who can answer your query so I hope you can have your deposit asap.
