Maybe the CryptoBridge exchange ( https://crypto-bridge.org/ ) could be something for Sucre.
Unfortunately they do charge at least 1 BTC for listing so it seems, but maybe you can work something out and get a discount/trade for SUCR if you ask them.

We have now limited budget. Just 5000 Sucre bounty for listing us on exchange. Its now like 2500 USD. So not even close to 1 BTC. But we will have budget proposal system (willl be ready in few days) and there we can propose and vote for exchanges and other stuff. So yes we are trying to get on other exchanges but it takes some time (and coins).
