No, it's not because it was just started to reach at $9k point where if you compare the length of time of $8k resistance it took more than a week before it is finally remove from $8k resistance. So, this is only my personal point of view but you are all free to look and speculate at your own if you do know how to read and predict the price, i am just following my own instinct.
