Trying to make some transaction here is not a good option so if you want a p2p transaction i think you should find a seller in your place rather than buying through internet. I think bittrex is now open for registration but there's an application first that must be submitted though there's a lot of good exchange with high trading volume like binance, poliniex, hitbtc, kucoin, livecoin. you could search more from google since they are top exchanges.
