It is ridiculous if you turn around and only submit a 1500 sat fee in the actual transaction. Cryptopia gets $9.50 and miners get 15 cents? Didn't I already pay enough fees when I bought and sold on the exchange? That profit margin for a withdrawal on Cryptopia is a worse deal than a soda pop at the movies.  I would not have minded this one bit if Cryptopia had actually submitted the transaction to the BTC network with a high fee as well.
